Planning and research fee
A non-refundable planning and research fee is required to get started; this is before I begin the research and pricing for your vacation. This fee
This fee covers the research and planning portion of your trip. It does not include the cost of your vacation or any commissions. This payment allows me to begin the planning process, which requires time, expertise, and detailed work — and I do not provide research services for free.
The planning fee also ensures that my time is compensated even if you choose not to move forward with the booking. Once paid, I begin creating customized options, comparing suppliers, and building an itinerary tailored specifically to you.
Fee is typically $50–$100.
