Planning your dream destination wedding should be exciting, not stressful. That's why you're giving me the opportunity to help you plan all your family's hotel rooms, wedding location, airfare, and transportation for the entire wedding party. We handle every detail, so you can relax and enjoy your special day.
Important details and policies
After your complimentary consultation, a non‑refundable planning deposit starting at $200 is required to begin the planning process. This amount may vary depending on the complexity of your wedding travel needs, and any changes will be communicated before any work begins.
This fee covers the research and planning portion of your trip. It does not include the cost of your vacation or any commissions. This payment allows me to begin the planning process, which requires time, expertise, and detailed work — and I do not provide research services for free.
The planning fee also ensures that my time is compensated even if you choose not to move forward with the booking. Once paid, I begin creating customized options, comparing suppliers, and building an itinerary tailored specifically to you.
This planning deposit covers my full service in researching and securing your wedding destination, resort accommodations, airfare, and transportation for you and your entire wedding party.
Please note that I am not a wedding planner. I collaborate with professional wedding planners and resort wedding teams to help secure your dream venue while I manage all travel‑related arrangements. I also book all‑inclusive wedding resorts, which often include on‑site wedding coordination.
